Return and refund

At Auré, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return: Products must be unopened and unused. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially used skincare products. Gift cards are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include: Your order number A description of the issue Photographs of the product and packaging We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
