We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES

Canada Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $200 CAD. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout for orders below the free shipping threshold. United States Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $200 CAD. Shipping rates for orders below the free shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Canada: 2–7 business days United States: 4–10 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

U.S. orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees charged by Auré.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Auré is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. Auré is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
